Psychologist and psychotherapist. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University and completed a four-year psychotherapy course organized at the Kraków Psychodynamic Center. She has gained experience working in various therapy centers and hospitals in Kraków, such as the JU MC Daycare Unit for Psychosis Treatment, as well as during occupational therapy workshops.
Her practice is informed by the values enshrined in the Code of Ethics for Psychotherapists and she considers empathy as a crucial element of the therapeutic process. Her goal, to quote Nancy McWilliams, is to “help people to become healthier, to build inner scaffolding, to change their intrapsychic architecture“. In her work, she focuses primarily on building a healing relationship, as well as creating an atmosphere of trust, security, and acceptance that would allow the patient to share even the most difficult experiences.
Her practice is regularly overseen by supervisors certified by the Polish Psychological Association (PTP). She works both with adults and youth.
She spends her leisure time reading a good book, strolling in a forest, or riding a bicycle.
