She graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University (UJ). She owes a certificate in psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association and a certificate of the specialist of environment therapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association. She served an internship in the Psychotherapy Clinic for Children and Young People “Dobra Nadzieja” in Kraków. She completed comprehensive training preparing to receive a certificate of psychotherapist organised by the J.J. Haubenstock Kraków Psychiatry Foundation and the Family Therapy Institute of the Department of Psychiatry of UJ Medical College. Since 2006 she has been working in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic, in the Home Hospitalisation Service, and in the Kraków Institute of Psychotherapy, where she conducts individual psychotherapy of children and young people, family psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy. She also sees adult patients in her private psychological practice. She continues to develop professionally taking part in numerous psychology and psychotherapy conferences and conducting training sessions and workshops.
She is fascinated by Jacques Lacan’s psychoanalysis. She is a member of the Kraków Association of the New Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis, where she attends monthly seminars on studying psychoanalytical writings.
She spends her free time actively.
